If said veterinarian detects a problem within that period, a full refund of purchase price or a replacement puppy of equal value, if one is available, will be made. NO refund will be made until puppy and registration papers are returned with written statement from the examining veterinarian detailing the health problem. If the Buyer fails to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian or if the buyer decides to keep the puppy after said veterinarian discovers a problem, the breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary cost incurred. The Breeder has the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of breeders choice at the breeders expense, for a second opinion.
